Using this website

This website is operated by Fehu, a business registered in Serbia and trading as FEHU. These terms cover your use of the FEHU website. Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights of FEHU and other people. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website.

Website content provides general information about FEHU’s digital marketing and consulting work. It is not a proposal, a binding offer, or advice tailored to your business.

Inquiries and bookings

Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement. FEHU reviews inquiries and determines whether the work is a fit.

Please provide accurate contact information and only share information you are authorised to disclose. Do not send confidential or sensitive material through an initial inquiry unless appropriate arrangements have been agreed.

Service agreements

Any paid engagement is subject to a separate written agreement. That agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, and any cancellation or termination arrangements.

If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement governs the engagement. The website does not set standard packages, prices, refund entitlements, or delivery commitments.

Content and intellectual property

The FEHU name, branding, website copy, and design belong to FEHU or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links to its public pages for lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, or adapt protected website material for commercial use without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the relevant service agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit spam or unlawful material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website’s operation. FEHU may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or respond to misuse.

Third-party services and privacy

Booking links take you to Calendly. Other third-party services may support inquiry delivery or be linked from the website. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. FEHU does not control the availability or content of external websites.

Availability and outcomes

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Please confirm information that is important to a business decision directly with FEHU.

Descriptions of our work do not guarantee a particular level of revenue, growth, reach, rankings, or other business results. Outcomes depend on the agreed work and factors beyond FEHU’s control. Any warranties, responsibilities, or limits of liability for paid work must be addressed in the service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Updates and questions

FEHU may update these terms as the website or services change. The current version will be available here with its update date. Updates to these website terms do not amend an existing signed service agreement.
