Who this policy covers

Fehu is a business registered in Serbia, trading as FEHU, and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website, contact FEHU, or book a conversation. It does not replace any privacy arrangements agreed separately for client work.

Information you share

If you send an inquiry, we receive the name, company, email address, and project details you provide. If you book a call, we receive the booking information you share through Calendly, including your contact details and meeting time. We may also retain correspondence relating to your inquiry.

Please share only the information needed to explain your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential information belonging to someone else.

When inquiry submission is unavailable, entering information into the website form does not send it to FEHU. Booking a call takes you to Calendly’s website.

How information is used

We use inquiry and booking information to understand your request, assess whether the work is a fit, arrange conversations, prepare proposals, and communicate with you. Information may also be needed to protect the website, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing an agreed contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating securely, or compliance with a legal obligation. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will ask for it separately.

Website data and cookies

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Fonts and brand assets are served by the website itself. The website and its infrastructure may process technical information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time, to deliver pages and diagnose security or service issues.

External websites you choose to visit, including Calendly, have their own cookie settings and privacy practices.

Service providers and sharing

Calendly provides appointment scheduling. When online inquiries are enabled, Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to FEHU. Hosting, email, and other service providers may process information as needed to support the relevant service. Their privacy notices explain their own processing practices.

We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe their processing locations and transfer safeguards. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, taking account of whether an inquiry is active, whether it becomes a client engagement, and any applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Information should then be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
